Great question! Senior-level Creatives like the team we’ve brought together can cost around $80-100K per year, not including benefits and the resources they need to do their job well. Not only that, they’re one person, usually assigned to dozens of projects—creative burnout is real.
Absolutely not! We love seeing creative-idea output increase when we’re brought on. Our goal is to give you more space to be creative– to innovate. Add designs to the queue, and we’ll tackle them one by one.
OSS offers clients a range of options for requesting designs through Trello. Clients can directly request edits, share wireframes or Google docs, or submit a brief Loom video instead of writing out their requests. Any shareable or linkable content in Trello is welcomed.
We revise! We’ll fine-tune and tweak your project until it’s exactly how you envisioned it.
Most requests take around 2-5 business days to complete. That being said, more complex requests might require a bit more time until we’re 100% happy with our deliverables.
Design usually takes 2-3 business days to complete, and video typically takes 3-5 business days. Complex projects may take a bit longer, depending on their scope. But no worries; we will always keep you updated on the status of your request!
Yes! We understand some deadlines are out of your control, so we do offer rush asset delivery (excluding video projects) for an additional fee of $500 per project. However, we would strongly suggest against it if at all possible. Rush deliveries typically have shorter revisions and fewer eyes on the project. We want to ensure each project receives the same amount of attention and quality to fit your brand seamlessly!
We are available any time during standard business hours. If we receive an email outside business hours, we promptly respond the following day (or Monday morning if during the weekend). We value work-life balance, so our team is unavailable on weekends to spend time with family & friends. This enables us to return recharged and ready to take on all projects with enthusiasm and excitement every day.
Please note we are also out of the office on the following days:
